We extend our repair and maintenance services to electroanalytical devices from other manufacturers not listed above, provided they do not have an official service representation in Hungary. In such cases, we establish contact with the manufacturer to obtain the necessary documentation and special spare parts. This approach has allowed us to expand our network of partners and suppliers.

Preventive Maintenance and Fail-Safe Operation

1. Preventive Maintenance: Regular preventive maintenance, as recommended by manufacturers, ensures longer lifespan and reliable operation of your analytical instruments. Our three decades of experience demonstrate that regularly maintained instruments, – for instance volumetric titrators – show significantly more reliable performance compared to those serviced only after failures.
2. Rapid Response to Failures: In case of a failure, our team aims to resolve issues within two working days. If the repair requires unique spare parts, which may take weeks to procure, we can provide a replacement device to minimize downtime.
3. Customized Maintenance Plans: We tailor our maintenance schedules based on manufacturer recommendations, your specific working conditions (e.g., laboratory shift patterns, number of users, chemical aggressiveness of reagents), and our extensive experience.

Quality Certification and Documentation

• OQ Test: Our service contracts typically include an annual OQ test (specification and function check) for all types of electroanalytical devices. These records are crucial for quality assurance systems.
• Additional Assessments: Upon request, we perform chemical conformity assessments for sensors (electrodes), volumetric calibration of dosing burettes or pumps, and complete analytical system evaluations.

• Priority Service: Partners with service contracts receive prioritized response times for urgent service calls.
• Scheduled Maintenance: All regular maintenance and quality certification activities are performed at pre-agreed times, with standardized reports documenting each task.
